Question : I have been experiencing extreme blotting in my stomach and constipation for a week. I feel like my stomach could explode (then a wouldn't have the pressure) I have used laxatives for several days and my bowel movements are tiny stools or diarrhea. My stools are not black.

Dear patient,

since all the usual meds you were trying did not help the next step to try is an enema. If that doesnt get the bowel movement started i usually do a clinical examination and potentially ultrasound abdomen or even advise colonoskopy to find out the cause.
