Brief Answer:
Soap-water enema, PPI / Ranitidine and Antacid

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit very small and incomplete.

Please tell me more about the problems you have in a bit detail so that I may be in a position to help you more::

Your History say only a few things - been in hospital 4-5 days with chf (? chronic - I hope you mean by), severe burning right upper side, tylenol - still burning - on a Foley.

May I please know the details about:
Whether the burning is in the upper right side of the abdomen?
Tylenol can increase the acidity problems.
Any urinary symptoms ?

I would advise you the following::
Take Ranitidine or a PPI
Antacid gel 3 tsf every three hours if you have burning in upper abdomen.
Avoid medicines like Tylenol unless needs to be taken and try to take with milk or food and Ranitidine / PPI
For Constipation:
Since you have visited / or you are in a hospital, they should have definitely tried enema and oral laxatives.
If these fails request them for the age-old soap+saline or water enema. It works in all the cases.
Take plenty of oral fluids , particularly water as you are on a Foley. Ask for liquid povidone iodine application locally to avoid infection at the site of the Foley.
Investigation as advised by your Doctor.

I hope this answer helps at least in part as per the history provided by you.
Please feel to provide more information and / or ask for more if you need to or if you feel there is gap-of-communication.

Wishing you complete recovery.
