Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Depression

Question : My mom is psychiatrist patient since last 10 years.
She is currently taking following medication on consultation of psychiatrist since one and half year :-

ZAXPAM 10,
DOXIN 75,
DEPRAN 10,
TRIJEE -H,
REJUVATE OD,
CIPCAL 500.

All tablets dosage is one daily.

As per her mental condition she is alright but she has problem of constipation since she started the medication of depression, i.e. almost 9 years.

Kindly suggest some ways to get rid of constipation

Sir,
how long the tablet cremalax need to be taken. Can it be taken regularly or need to stop for a time period and to start again for another time period.

In another words regular or periodic?? If periodic kindly advise the periodic cycle.
