Question : Hello Doc,
My wife is having gastric problem. She usually having constipation and it last upto 3-4 days. Usually she is taking castopain medicne but its after affects are not gud. Please suggest any gud medicine and adivse.

You can do the following for good bowel movements.

1. Take Cremdiet Duo 2 scoops in the night in 250 ml of water
2. Take high fiber diet (Lots of vegetables and fruits)
3. Drink lot of fluids
