Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read the history carefully and understood your concerns.
The symptoms of constipation, fullness and pelvic pain may not be related to the change in nipple/areola color. Not seen or heard of such a relationship.
I would advise you the following:
Since the symptoms are there for 2-3 weeks, it is better to get a clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor, preferably a General Surgeon and get the necessary investigation of the stool, blood, X-ray of the abdomen in standing position and ultrasonography to start with; start on a proper laxative to control if constipation and alleviation of the other symptoms.
If this is not responding to the laxatives and/or enema, you may need further evaluation.
General Surgeon would also see for the changes in nipple/areola see for any lumps and ask for further tests if felt to be required.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
