Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
The vomiting can be related to gastritis. PPIs like esomeprazole along with metoclopramide ( a gastro kinetic ) can be advised for now. Isotonic fluids should be given to prevent dehydration. For constipation medication like dulcolax and cremaffin can be initiated after the vomiting subsides.

Explained,simplified
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Let me try to simplify.
The symptoms of vomiting can be related to inflammation and erosion of the lining of the stomach (gastritis).
Medications like Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) such as esomeprazole along with metoclopramide ( a gastro kinetic medicine ) can be advised for now to control the vomiting.
Isotonic fluids should be given to replace the fluids lost as result of the vomiting and prevent dehydration.
For constipation medication described above can be initiated after the vomiting stops.

Thanks

Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Isotonic fluid loss replacement is done via Oral redyration salts used in oral replacement of electrolytes and fluids in dehydration.
Yes, you should see a doctor to assess the degree/severity of dehydration and to assess clinically whether you require intravenous PPI infusions and fluid replacement.

Thanks
