Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your recent (last two months) change in bowel movement may be caused by dietary and life style change ( when you change your diet, job etc.). It's a well known fact that when you change your lifestyle from an active life to a sedentary this is accompanied with constipation.

If you didn't make big change on your die, job and lifestyle than your symptoms may related to bowel disease.

It's very abusive to make a diagnosis only wiyh the data you provided. If you were my patient I would recommend to do colonoscopy to find out the right etiology of your problems.

Wish you health!
