Question: I am a 60 yo male with lower right back pain ane right groin pain. I have been on amoxcicillian pfor a while for dental work. Had been experiencing constipation

To recapitulate: Male/61 - no comment upon visited a Doctor / Medications tried - suffering from right lower back pain and right groin pain - on Amox for dental work - Had been experiencing constipation.

May I please know some additional details so that I can assist you further:
- Since when all these problems started chronologically?
- Is there any radiation of the pain to the right lower limb?
- Is there anything like hernia in the right groin?
- Do you mean to say hard stools difficult to pass or unable to pass stool?
- Any other medical condition you are suffering from?
- Since when are you taking Amoxicillin and what is the dental work asked for.

Till then start taking a laxative so clear the constipation..
Avoid lifting heavy weight or handling such objects.
Take anti-inflammatory medicines with pain killer properties like Ibuprofen.
