Question : Hi,

From few days I'm suffering from hard stool and sometimes receiving blood also, while popping.
Please advise the medicine and what to eat so stool should not be hard.

Please advise.

Thanks for the detailed query,
Hard stool causing a fissure or cut in the anal stricture causing the blood in stools.
Have SYR. DUPHALAC and FIBRIL POWDER 2 times a day.
use SMUTH cream for local application.

Have more fibers and fluids in your diet
Fenugreak seeds
Flax seeds
spinach
vegetables, all these contain more fibers.
