Question: hello DR.

i can go motion daily in morning and it continues till 4-5 days .. plz gve me the best solution so that i can go motion daily moring

Meanwhile, Take plenty of water, foods like vegetables, fruits, and leafy vegetables on every day as it will make stool bulky and soft by retaining water in it leading to easy passage of stool.

Take syrup lactulose or cremaffin plus 3 TSF at a bed time to have soft and effortless bowel motions in the morning.
