Question : Dr. XXXXXXX .the bump is going and i feel fine...but I have Problem with not having an XXXXXXX bowel movement on an daily bases..and fine myself trying to make my bowel move.I have this problem for some yrs

You could take Senna, Isabgol, Lactulose or Dulcolax.

Hello and Thanks for the question.
You will need a mild laxative to help you with that. You could take Senna or Isabgol husk, they can be taken at night with water or milk and they come in powder form.
You could also use Syrup Lactulose 20ml at night daily.
If it does not get relieved by these then you could take Tab Dulcolax at night.
