Brief Answer:
Avoid using both these medications together.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for approaching healthcare magic for your query.

Both Naturolax and Laxiwal are laxatives which are commonly used for the symptomatic relief of constipation.

Naturolax powder which actually contains Isabgol (Psyllium husk) is a bulk forming laxative which swells up in the intestines and hence helps in easy evacuation of the bowel.

Laxiwal syrup which contains Lactulose is a stool softener and also helps in easy evacuation of the bowel.

Its usual dose is 15 mL orally once a day preferably at bedtime.
To improve the taste, you may mix it into fruit juice, water, milk, or a soft dessert. The goal is to have 2-3 soft stools each day.

If both the laxatives are taken together, it may result in severe diarrhea and dehydration hence it should be avoided.

In addition you should be properly evaluated to find out the exact cause of constipation.

You should also have certain lifestyle modifications such as

1. Increase the intake of vegetables and fruits.
2. Increase fluid intake, avoid soft carbonated drinks, alcohol, etc.
3. Do regular exercise.

Regarding the use of lemon and honey mixed in warm water, it is good for your health and it will not cause any throat problem, in fact it is commonly advised to be taken while suffering from sore throat.

Hope these answer your queries. However if you have follow up query, please feel free to ask.

Best wishes.
