Question : so i have an issue. when i have a hard bowel movement or wipe too hard the are between my butt and my vagina bleed. it stops after a couple of hours buts its been going on for years. there is no pain when it happens. should i be concerned?

Hi,

Why there is no emergency, it is good to bring this up during regular appointment so that the doctor can examine and make sure there is no ongoing condition such as hemorrhoids that could be of concern. I will not suggest a separate visit just for this. To avoid having hard stools, always eat much vegetables, fibers, fruits and drink much water. Also, regular physical exercise helps with bowel movements and prevents constipation.
