Question: hi, I swallowed a vry little piece of polythene accidently while opening a wrapper.
What should i do to make sure it pass down to my stomach and not gets stuck in throat?

Hello dear,welcome to healthcare magic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.

Actually,we should think the opposite-if it is stuck in throat,it can easily be removed with the help of a laryngoscope(a simple OP procedure).

If it is stuck in the throat,for sure,there will be some foreign body sensation in throat,and you should get it removed rather than pushing down.If you have no that feeling,it must have already passed down,and in most cases,will be passed in feces without causing any trouble.
In such cases,I ask my patient to take a fiber rich diet with fruits and veges,watch for stool passage,and report back if they feel abdominal pain/nausea/vomiting.
