Brief Answer:
SEEMS TO BE BPPV (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having continuous dizziness. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any ear pain or vomiting ?
Is your dizziness associated with movement of head ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be BPPV (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) or labrynthtis.

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon, get detailed ent examination, otoscopy (to know the status of ear drum) and vestibular tests (to differentiate between central and peripheral vertigo). Most of these problems are initially severe and get better with time and timely medication. However a good examination is important to rule out severe disease.

Hope this answers your question.

Wishing you good health.

Is there any ear pain or vomiting ? -> No. Earlier once or twice i had hearing problem and ear pain but not long time. That time i went to ENT doctor, after cleaning my ear problem seems fixed.
Is your dizziness associated with movement of head ? -> Yes. slightly. here the main concern is, my eye sight got blurred. i mean with small black spots moving. I am not able to convey my symptoms properly :(
