Question : Ive got sharp stabbing pain in my toes , it affects my walking . Looked like a blister but never went away . Been three months and is killing me
This is affecting my abilty to do my job, sharp stabbing pains and constant warmth like affects, never goes away, thought it was a blister but it wont go away 3 months ago at least

As per your symptoms and images it looks corn infection.

I will advise corn cap which is available over the counter.
If it persist you may need to consult your treating doctor confirm the diagnosis and do further management.
Resistant corn infection may require surgical excision.
Another possibility of neuropathic blister can be considered. Clinical examination will help you to diagnose it.
