Brief Answer:
Gall stones requires removal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Most importantly, need to treat for urinary tract infection. If infection is persistent, urine culture and sensitivity tests to identify appropriate antibiotics is necessary. Need to take plenty of water. Additionally cranberry and blueberry juice will be helpful.

2. For cortical cyst kidney, followup ultrasound necessary after 6 months, to evaluate for increase in size. If increasing, crosses 3 cm, then puncture of the lesion and appropriate treatment as recommended by the nephrologist will be needed. Not to worry now, if there is problem with renal functions, as seen by serum urea and creatinine levels, then treatment can be planned now.

3. For gall stones, Size are larger, especially with multiple stones, requires removal. As he is at present fit, and as age progresses, complications increase, discuss with your doctor regarding possible surgery, once he recovers from urinary tract infection. Risk of cholecystitis, obstructive jaundice will be present. Planned surgery, will have less hospitalization and reduced incidence, if any of complications.

4. He needs to look into mild to moderate exercises, regular sleep, good hydration (5-6 liters water per day, reduced fluids intake after 4 pm - to avoid disturbed sleep) and nutritional balanced diet.

Hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
Its only benign prostatic hyperplasia - Not to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

All 4 attachments show similar report.

PSA - 4.8ng/ml

Its only mild increase. At this age, it is mostly benign prostatic hyperplasia/ hypertrophy. Not to worry for now, if there is no urinary symptoms, specifically incomplete emptying. Take cranberry and blueberry juice, will reduce risk of infection.
If there are any urinary symptoms, treatment depends on type of symptoms, if any.

Hope it helps.
