Brief Answer:
Mostly an emergency

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam!

Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern.Complete cortisol shutdown in body is generally an emergency,so it is mostly a very low amount of cortisol in body causing symptoms.

Sudden stoppage of hydrocortisol tablets is not recommended.It should be gradually stopped by tapering the dose as directed by your physician.Low cortisol in blood could cause following symptoms;
shaky hands; shakiness
diarrhea
bad palps
higher heart rate
pounding heart
feeling of panic
weakness
inability to handle stress
dizziness
light headedness and so on.

If you feel any of it,then please consult your physician and discuss about it.
Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.
