Question : my 4 yr old son is having cough with a sound from chest. plz suggest.

4. last time it was 4 months back with fever
5. generally it happens with cold n cough which is around once in 3-4 months.

Hai,
Thanks for yor reply.

As your child suffers from acute broncholitis.

Kindly give XXXXXXX cough syrup -5ml thrice a day.

As wheeze is associated with it kindly apply karpurathi tailam extrernally on the chest both front and back. Gentle rub on Chest after application of the tailam is recommended.

Tab.dekofcyn 1 twice a day.

Take this medication for 1 week.

As viral born infection may persist for a week long. If symptoms like cough,wheeze becomes worsening as day progress visit a physician for assessment.

Diet.
Prefer Steamed food.
Avoid fried,junk,baked items.
