Question : 18 months old baby girl having cold & cough. Please help I'm from singapore

Cough and cold are msinly due to viral infection which are usually self remitting. Give the child rest, lots of attention and care. Protein rich diet like eggs chicken are good during this period.

Use syr Tixylix 3.5 ml three times daily for 7 days. It will take care of cough and cold. Give him paracetamol if there is temperature above 100F. Please get his pediatrician prescribe the same.

Have patience the baby will gradually recover in 3-4 days.
