Brief Answer:
It is due to tresivac injection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for choosing this platform

Variped is vaccination for varicella (chicken pox).Tresivac gives protection against measles, mumps and rubella.
After giving Tresivac(due to measles component) baby may develop symptoms of mild measles like fever on 4 th day of vaccination with rash, cough, cold.
These are the signs of immunity development.I won't get worried as in most of the cases it improves with time without any complication.
For cough/cold you may give some anti allergic like chlorpheniramine and decongestant like phenylephrine. You may also give nasal saline drop if there is nasal blockage.
Encourage for small frequent feeds what you were giving earlier. No dietery restriction is needed.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.

Brief Answer:
Dose of chlorpheniramine for this age is 1mg/dose

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up

The dose of chlorpheniramine for this age is 1 mg/dose and it can be given 3 times a day.
Most of the combination syrup containing chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine (like tminic) contains 2 mg of chlorpheniramine per 5 ml.
So the dose will be 2.5 ml three times a day.
This is a prescription medicine so please get it prescribed by a physician.

Thanks and regards
