Question : toddler has cough and cold, has vomitted three times since morning. I gave some water and he has vomited that also. Last night he refused to have dinner. I have domstal at home as well as asthalin and allerid, calpol. Please tell me what to do

I suggest you to give domstal 2.5ml 8 hourly After 15 minutes of medicine give some sips of water.
Do not give any other medication of your own.
In case symptoms persist get him evaluated by pediatrician for further management.

Thanks for your follow up.
Do not force him to eat.
Once vomiting will settle he will start accepting things.
Till then give only sips of water and milk.
If he toletate water and milk slowly you can add biscuits,rice porridge.
