My daughter is having cough and cold from last 2 days. She is 2 years 7 months old. Her weight is 12 kg.

Hi,

Is the cough dry or with the phlegm?
Is she having any fever?
You can give her coriminic syrup 3.5 ml 3 times a day for 5 days

If symptoms gets worse or any fever more than 3 days then consult pediatrician at the earliest
