Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr Mritunjoy,

Majority of respiratory infection in children are viral in origin and self limiting. All that is required is symptomatic care.

I would suggest the following

1. Steam inhalation: 15-20 minutes each session twice a day, preferably using electronic steamer.

2. Warm Saline Gargling: Add 2 spoons of salt to glass of lukewarm water and gargle 3-4 times a day

3. Decoction: 1 cup of milk+ 1 teaspoon turmeric+ 2 gm of ginger+ 10 leaves of tulsi+ 2 black pepper+ 2 spoon sugar, bring it to boil. Serve it hot to her, few sips at a time. To take it 4 times a day.

4. Make her sip 1 spoon of honey with 2 drops of lemon added 3-4 times a day

5. Cough suppressant and decongestant like Ascoril D syrup can be used.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care

Best Regards
