Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on? Any breathing diffiulties?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Do you have any breathing difficulties? Most upper respiratory tract infections are caused by viruses for which antibiotics are not always very helpful. I will suggest that you get an x-ray of the lungs to see if there are any traces of an infection there. If that is true or you have breathing difficulties, I will suggest that you get Z-pack or levaquin to treat for a possible bacterial infection.

I hope this guides. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
