Question: I have a terrible cough with phlegm in my lungs, a sharp pain that radiates from under my left shoulder blade out to my Lat. It really hurts when I sneeze. Lethargic, feels like bronchitis but add in the pain on the left side.

Brief Answer:
Pleurisy and should see a doctor urgently

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This sounds to be Lower respiratory tract infection adding to inflammation of the lung covering called pleura. If the pleura is inflammed you have the pain while you sneeze or cough.

You need an immediate doctor consultation for a course of antibiotic therapy and cough mucus thinners. Please do not waste time as it can further lead to pneumonia. The good thing is you still do not have fever.

Hope this helps you take next step easily.
