Question : I have a very bad cough and sore throat constantly coughing I've tried all types of home remedies and all over the counter cough medicine what do I need prescribed

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Antiseptic Mouth Wash thrice daily , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination , Paracetemol , Antacid , Macrolide Antibiotic azithromycin & Vitamin C.
