Suggest Treatment For Cough And Vomiting In A 4 Month Old Child

Question: hi for my nice who is 4 months.. she has been throwing up about 2 or three times a day for the past 2 days.. and she is coughing.. no fever and otherwise she seems ok.. doctor is away for another couple days.. should i wait and see if she gets better? we got some saline nose drops from pharmacy cos of her blocked nose.. will try that first.. is it normal for babies to vomit when they cough? she doesnt only vomit after feeds.. its quite random
