Question : son,4yrs ,14 kgs, is having cough n cold ...he is complaining of Ear pain now on the left ear and wakes up at sleep...is there any medicine to relieve his ear pain ...

Hi.... Right now you can give -

1. Syrup Ibugesic 5 ml orally
2. Syrup Pedicloryl 5ml orally

First thing in the morning approach your Pediatrician for clinical examination and otoscopy to rule out middle ear infection. This might require antibiotics.
