I 'M COUGHING AND HAVE A HEADACHE AND SORE MUSCLES ON MY BACK. I;M SLEEPY EVEN WHEN I HAVEN' TAKEN MY COUGH MEDICINE.

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I think you are having viral infection In throat (upper respiratory tract infection).
This can cause cough,headache and weakness.
And because of cough your back muscles are aching and gives you back pain.
Another possibility is lower respiratory tract infection (pneumonia).
So get done chest x ray to rule out pneumonia.
If chest x ray is normal then mostly you are having upper respiratory tract infection.
And due to generalized weakness you feel sleepy.
So consult Doctor and start treatment.
