suggest better treatment.
suggest better treatment.
Brief Answer:
Steam inhalation
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your daughter seems to have post viral cough, which remains for a little longer time.
Does she have a history of asthma or allergic rhinitis?
If there is no relief by these medications, then you should give her steam inhalation twice to thrice a day. This will definitely help her.
She should also get an evaluation by an ENT specialist to rule out any infection in the pharynx or chronic pharyngitis, which also causes chronic cough.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
