Question : After having a horrible cold or flu for which I took a z pack and with a cough so bad my rib muscles feel bruised, I now cannot shake a constant feeling of nausea and fatigue. This is the third day of the nausea.

Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns . The z-pack might have caused you gastric upset manifesting with naseau.
This can be relieved by metoclopramide as primperane .. If you still have cough then you can add a cough suppressant as dextromethorphan .. For the rib pain, you can take an analgesic as ibuprofen tablets every 8 hours. I hope I answered your question.
