Brief Answer:
You can give her nebulization after paediatric consultation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
In my opinion with your history she is having viral upper respiratory tract infection.
So in this point of view you should consult a paediatrician and give her antihistaminic and nebulizer.
Give her more warm liquids and give her vitamin c in the form of juicy fruits, lemonade and vitamin c tablets for chewing.
Hope you found my answer useful, do feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
Regards
