Brief Answer:
Possibility of asthma is more in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since you are having dust allergy and having continuous exposure to dust, possibility of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma is more.
Running nose and sneezing suggest allergic rhinitis.
While cough and breathlessness suggests asthma.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is must for the diagnosis of asthma.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid.
Telekast L is good drug and safe for long term use.
Please tell me
1. Do you have wheezing?
2. Have you ever undergone PFT?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Wear face mask to avoid dust exposure at work place.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
Best treatment of allergy is identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it.
So ideally in your case you have to avoid dust.
So you need to wear complete face mask all the time at work place to avoid dust.
Fir treatment, you need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid. Intranasal spray containing steroid is also very effective in dust allergy.
So consult doctor and discuss all these.
With these drugs you can control your allergy.
Face mask is must for you to prevent dust exposure.
Hope I have solved your query.
