Question : I have a hacking cough, watery and painful eyes and fatigue. No fever, Allegra seem to lesson the symptoms. I wear a CPAP at night and wake up hacking in the night. Cough medicine at night seems to lesson the cough. I just moved to XXXXXXX 6 months ago

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. You could be suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Confirmation can be obtained by a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT). Taking steam inhalation should provide some relief. Continue CPAP or BiPAP at night. Antiallergic agents like allegra may be taken from time to time. Avoid smoking altogether.
