Brief Answer: Need to get physically checked by your doctor Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through your medical history and feel sorry for the situation you are in. Coughing and sneezing are signs of viral infection. If Claritin did not help, then, should get further evaluated by your physician as you might need to start antibiotic and short-term use of steroid shots to relieve the symptoms. I also advise to: - take more fluids (tea, juices, water) - do aerosol therapy (inhale steam) - take paracetamol/ibuprofen to reduce inflammation - take 1 teaspoon of olive oil and another teaspoon of honey in the morning Once again, you should get further checked by your physician to rule out bacterial infection and get properly treated. Wish fast recovery! Dr.Albana Let me know if you have further queries!
