Question : I am worried I might have inhaled a tablet. I was taking some medication (2 tablets) and while it was in my mouth before I took a drink, I ended up hiccuping. I then immediately took a drink and it didn't feel like I swallowed more than 1 tablet. Immediately afterwards I started to cough and vomited. After about 2 instances of vomiting; my troat is now just irritated, no more coughing and can breathe just fine. Should I go to an ER or could crouching and vomiting have removed the substance.

If you inhaled the tablet, then breathing would be laborious and the cough would not stop. Because you have neither of these, there is no reason to go to the ER. I recommend you stay observant and act on any future symptoms because right now, you are okay.
