Brief Answer:
You should stop blood thinners for few days after consulting your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of post infectious bronchitis is more.
Bronchitis is common after viral upper respiratory tract infection (common cold). And this can cause hemoptysis (blood in sputum).
Blood thinners can also worsen hemoptysis.
So better to consult doctor and diagnose bronchitis.
You can stop blood thinners for few days after consulting your doctor.
Don't worry, you will be alright with appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
