Suggest Treatment For Cracked Skin In Nostril

Question : the skin is cracked inside my nostril. it may be from an infected hair or perhaps me fussing with it too much. What can I put on it to speed up healing? Perhaps neosporin? I am already on an antibiotic for an infected fingernail.

Keeping the area moist is important. Glycerine may help

I understand your concerns but would insist you not to get too concerned. You may apply some glycerine or emollient over the area for faster healing. Neosporin can also be applied. The antibiotic that you already are on, would provide protection. Please do not worry. It should heal up soon.
