Brief Answer:
Consult an ENT specialist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The cracking of voice during pregnancy can be related to mild swelling in the vocal cords. This should have subsided by now. Since the cracking of voice is persistent you need to consult an ENT specialist for a direct examination and to rule out other causes like any polyp or mass or a nerve related issue.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
