You have significant curvature of the penis in shaft of the penis and it needs to be corrected by a surgery called Placation of Tunica Albugenia on dorsal side .

The Tunica Albugenia is a thick sheath that envelops two Corporal Bodies (Erectile Tissue).The curvature that you have is due to disparity in length of this sheath between on dorsal and ventral side (Dorsal side being slightly longer than ventral side).

It will not give severe pain .The pain is bound to be there which gradually wanes away with passing time within 4-5 days..

You can not go to office on very next day .It depends on your level of comfort but we normally advise patient to take rest for a week.
