Question : Hello doctor I am XXXXXXX aged 31 years .couple of weeks ago during intercourse I had a small cut on the penis in the internal extra skin layer as we didn't use any lubricant and condom and it was dry.even today after intercourse the small cut again started troubling and little bleeding as well .kindly advice any external ointmnet or medicine which heal this cut .

Thanks for reverting back to me.
I have seen all the attached pictures and feel that there is abrasion which needs following treatment.
Daily clean with tap water. You can just keep it under running water so all the bacteria, debris can be removed.
Use neosporin ointment as external application two times a day after through cleaning.
If possible avoid sex for few days. In case that is not possible use some lubricant like durex play.
It is expected that within five to six days wound will heal and there will be nil pain after that duration.
