From your description it sounds like there is an infection caused by the injury. Such infection can be dangerous and should not be ignored.
That is why you should not wait with it and consult a surgeon. Antibiotic might be necessary.

It does not look bad, but surgeon should see it as the infection can get worse. If you are unable to visit a doctor today than have this wound under the observation and if the swelling will get larger than do go to the doctor.
