Question : My boy friend ha 4 water bumps under the rim of penis head. He popped them and they turned to cuts. What is this and we hve pictures.

He didnot take a picture. But they look like 4 small open cuts like the skin was scraped.

Hello
There is a possibility of allergic reaction.
Ask him to apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week.
This should help him.
If there is itch give him an antihistamine tablet eg CETIRIZINE 10 mg Once daily for next 4-5 days.
