Question : I got cuts or rash around my anal I try zits bath and hemorrhoid cream now for a week and I dont see and changes what should I do?

After reading your post, I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined by a surgeon. You should continue with sitz bath. Brief Answer: It seems to be skin infection. Detailed Answer: Hi, Looking at the attached picture, it seems more of skin infection and you need an antibiotic ointment like that containing Neomycin and Polymyxin B and Zinc. Oral antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily along with Ornidazole 400 mg will help in healing. If pain is present, you may take anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid. I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
