Brief Answer:
Angular cheilitis; Oral B complex+zinc and topical mild steroid cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

This is angular cheilitis i.e inflammation at the angles of lips.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest an Oral B- Complex vitamin, preferably in combination with oral Zinc e.g Becosule- Z capsule, once daily for 3 weeks.

Topically you may use a mild topical steroid like clobeatsone butyrate 0.05% cream e.g eumosone cream, twice daily for a week.

These are prescription medications and should be used under supervision of a doctor. I suggest that you use these after you obtain a written prescription from a doctor in your region.

Regards
