Hi welcome to Health care magic,
this is a form of dermatitis or eczema-and will heal in two weeks with the following treatment.
Make a dilute solution of potassium permanganate in XXXXXXX warm water in a bowl (light pink).
Dip your hands in it for 10 minutes.
Remove, dry and apply a steroid cream.
Repeat twice a day.
Continue 2 weeks after healing.
Now wear gloves while dealing with detergents/soaps to avoid recurrence.
