Question : Hi sir
I am suffering from foreskin problem from past 2 months,my penis got small tiny cuts at the tip and i can't pull my foreskin back.....
Even i fond a sticky substance coming out of my penis it was in white color every day...
kindly suggest to cure my problem....

Phimosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

As per your symptoms,you seem to have phimosis with associated mild urethritis.

This condition if of milder degree can be treated through intra preputial injection of hyaluronidase injections which can reduce the foreskin contraction to a large extent. This should be treated along with urinary antibiotics like norfloxacin 400 mg twice a day for 7 days under expert medical supervision.

I suggest you to visit an urologist and discuss about my suggestions.
