Question : I have a cyst in left and right both ovary.how can I treat?

Kindly upload the ultrasound reports so that I can see the size and site of fibroid and size of cyst
Also u would Like to know about the regularity and duration of your periods.

Nothing active needs to be done in case your periods are regular and you are not trying for a pregnancy.
Get a repeat scan after 3 months to see for the size of cyst and ovary.
