Suggest Treatment For Cyst-like Lump On The Back

Question : I have cyst or tumor is what I was told in back on left side and grinding hip pain causing pain to shoot down leg also was told my white blood cell count was very high and I needed to be hospitalized for that reason alone but since I don't have insurance or the cash to pay for it currently they just sent me home. I just want more information of what is going on. At work now and can barely stand to sit or stand, it took me 20 minutes to make it out of bed. Pain is intense and constant pressure I can't find a comfortable position to relax in. Please help.

Hi
As per your description, it could be a tumour compressing nerves causing severe pain.
But,it can be confirmed only after investigations.
I prefer to do an Ultrasound along with FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology )of the swelling.If FNAC is inconclusive, then biopsy should be taken.If the swelling is deep,I prefer to do an CT scan guided Biopsy.
Ultrasound will also excludes an Abscess in that location.
Please consult your doctor, get investigated and proceed accordingly.
